Physical Description
:15 Field Regiment RCA and the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada Bands formed up behind the Grandstand at Exhibition Park, awaiting the start of CFB Chilliwack exercising its right to Freedom of the District of Chilliwack, This honour allows the Base the priviledge of marching through the city with banners flying, drums beating and bayonets fixed. The second phase of this Event was the re-enactment of the the arrival of the Engineers to Camp Chilliwack (24 April 1942) as part of the 50th Anniversary of CFB Chillwack, 11 Apr 1992
