Physical Description
:Parade square in Camp Chilliwack likely been prior to 1953. The reason I say that and if I am correct, the band looks like the HMCS Naden Band as the RCE Band wasn’t formed until 1953. Once the RCE Band was there, they would have taken the parade instead of the Naden Band (via Keith Wilson).
