Physical Description
:Hello, the guy in the middle of photo 2008074017 looks a bit like my grandfather, Harold McMullen.
My grandfather was a flying officer in the RCAF. He was born in Tofield AB and joined the air force.
He was part of 433 Squadron in Edmonton and then went to Europe for WW2.
I don't know if he enlisted as an NCO but his rank at retirement was a low officer rank. Flight Lt, I think. The only head dress I saw him wear was a wedge, not the cap shown (via Adrien Norman). Need verification.
