:Looks like it is of the sheet metal shop, at the Canadian Forces School of Military Engineering (CFSME) (via Wayne Marshall).
The picture is a room that is still used by UFV in the W building. Also it hasn't changed in appearance other then what is stored inside the room (via Amber Johnson).
