  • Physical Description : I believe this to be an early photo of Camp Chilliwack (A6 CETC). The dog, I believe, was named Pluto, the mascot, as I saw his photo in archives when I wrote the History of CFSME. He marched in with the original crew from the train station to the camp. He kept other dogs from the troops. I asked Bud Smith, the former curator of the CME Museum when it was in Chilliwack, what happened to Pluto. He related the story and said that sadly Pluto was run over by a car and killed. He loved the troops and the troops loved him (via Dave Shavalier).
