Physical Description
:The attendees of the first reunion of RCE Combat DIVERS, held at the fleet diving unit in Esquimalt. I believe it was organized by Doug Foreman, front row,4th from left; wearing sunglasses. I also recognize the following personal, front row 7th from left Larry Tiegue (Latch); 8th Ed Ashley. 2nd row 7th from left Dennis Dwyer; 10th Tom Walton.

Not being a combat diver, but I do recognize many of them in the first picture. Notable, Doug Foreman, TK Stewart and Dave Armitt. It looks like a reunion picture of the gang at FDU(P) in Esquimalt.
Many EX Roguish Bouy diver exercises were conducted there over the years if not at Cultus lake. Looks like some exercise pictures also.
Hopefully you have these 3 guys on your list. If not, I would suggest tracking them down for any related to engineer combat divers. I know Doug retired and lives in Victoria.
