Physical Description
:Appears to me that it might be a grad parade of a 1960s vintage Sapper Apprentice Intake. Take a look at the Pde Comd and Officer positions - they appear to be Apprentices (17 yr olds) which would be consistent. Additionally, I believe the background people also on parade are the juniour Intake (Jim Harris).
